House Cleaner & Company Owner
As a young small business owner and flourishing entrepreneur, I am beyond grateful for the incredible opportunities I’ve had the chance to take. It’s true – you miss 100% of the shots you don’t take. Looking back, I’m in awe of the amazing people I’ve met along the way – individuals who have left a lasting impression not just on me, but on my team as well.
What a privilege it is to serve clients who don’t just invite us to clean their homes but welcome us with open arms, creating space for genuine conversations. Trust goes beyond transactions – it builds relationships, loyalty, and lasting success.
To fellow business owners and employees alike: you are always more than just your job.
My biggest piece of advice is to be okay with being wrong, messing up, and not having all the answers. Trust me, everything I’ve done so far has been a result of trial and error. But each mistake was a lesson learned. Don’t be afraid to take in constructive criticism – it’s not something to take personally. The person giving it to you genuinely wants to see you succeed and is rooting for YOU.
